Payment Policy

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). Payment data is securely transmitted using SSL technology, and credit card payments are securely processed.

When you place an order with us it depends on your shipping address from which centre your order will be shipped from.  We have a centre with stock in both the UK and Hong Kong as well as a shipping forwarder in the United States.  In the event that your order is shipped from Hong Kong the shipping time varies from 7-20 days depending on your shipping address.  If shipped from within the UK your order will arrive within 1-7 days. These are only shipping estimates and are not a guarantee of delivery time. We take no responsibility by potential delays caused by delivery companies or customs clearance.

Refund/Return/Exchange Policy

If the condition of your order is not as expected (damaged), we offer a full refund within 15 days of delivery. Proof of damage (picture) is required. To initiate an exchange, send an email to swegwaystore@gmail.com with the word “refund” in the subject.

If you are not satisfied with your order in any other way, please contact us via email. All situations will be handled on a case by case basis.
